The Gundel Bakery is one of the oldest trades bakeries in Heidelberg. One of her famous specialities and a symbol of the history of Heidelberg is the Heidelberger Kurfürstenkugel; handmade according to the traditional original recipe of the Heidelberg Schlossbergkugel since 1896.
